With over 35 years experience in fine woodworking and woodcarving, New Hampshire Master Craftsman David C. Dupouy has produced the finest in top quality reproduction furniture and custom woodworking. Using traditional hand methods and tools, he is able to replicate the look and feel of fine antiques. Through the use of hand joinery, he displays the strength and beauty of hand dovetailing, pegged mortise and tenon jointing, and hand planed moldings. David specializes in casework, chests, period reproductions, and custom furniture.

Along with his fine furniture making, David is also known for his exceptional woodcarvings. Sought after by collectors, David's award winning figures in the round can be found displayed in homes throughout the United States. These fine hand woodcarvings are commonly done from butternut, walnut, cherry, maple, and other native woods. In addition to his figure carving, craftsman Dupouy will often utilize woodcarving skills in his woodworking in the form of ball and claw feet, shell designs, chip carving, and relief carving. David also incorporates custom carving into beams for timber-framed homes.
